Frequently Asked Questions

Anyone can join the Bassiana Hotel Loyalty Program, even those who have not visited us yet. We recommend that one person from a family sign up, as we can't combine points from multiple accounts. You can add family members to the program, simplifying future bookings and check-in.
We have you already registered for the program and sent an e-mail. All you have to do is activate your registration and you will be credited with the amount of points regarding to your old guest level in the program immediately after activation.
You will receive loyalty points for each booking you make in the loyalty program (accommodation, meals, other pre-booked services). After you leave, the points will be activated and you can use them for the next booking. There are no points for buying spa services, not can they be used to purchase them.

To do this, you must enter the loyalty program, and upon finalizing your reservation (accommodation, meals, other pre-booked services), the system will offer you the opportunity to deduct the amount corresponding to your points.

Your loyalty points are valid for 24 months from the date of acquisition.
If the reservation is cancelled, the redeemed points can be used again with their original validity. In the event of a change, only the points that are still usable at the time of the change can be redeemed. If the points redeemed for the original reservation have expired during their validity period, we will no longer be able to honor them for the changed date.
